Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions whether made on this website or in person as well as all forms of commission. Please read them carefully as placing an order for a piece BellEve Seaglass jewellery acknowledges that you are in agreement to these terms and conditions of sale.
Keywords: The term ‘item’ and ‘piece’ refers to any item of jewellery; ring, necklace, pendant, cuff, bracelet, earrings, studs, cufflinks, etc.
BellEve Seaglass reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such amendments or updates. Any changes which are made will take effect on the date they are posted on this website.

Orders & Payment
I aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours of an order being placed and always use a Royal Mail First Tracked or Special Delivery postal service however, when an item is ‘made to order’ please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time. Should you need a piece for a specific date, please do let me know and I will make a concerted effort to fulfil your order sooner, however this can’t always be guaranteed.
Online purchases are processed using the paypal Payment system, an established, quick and secure online payment system. Once payment has been authorised, you will receive notification of your order via e-mail. For multiple purchases or special orders, payment may also be made via a bank transfer if preferred. Please contact me with your order and I will issue my bank details to you.
Orders cannot be dispatched until paid for in full and in advance, including any additional or specific postage costs.
Postage of my jewellery within the UK is FREE for Royal Mail First Tracked or £7.00 for Special Delivery postal service . If you wish me to send jewellery to destinations outside the UK, please contact me for a postage quote. BellEve Seaglass will not be held responsible for any import taxes or additional postage incurred at the country of destination.

Bespoke Commissions
If you are interested in commissioning a piece of bespoke jewellery, I will send you a copy of my full Commissions Policy along with an estimated quote. Prior to starting work on your commission, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required which covers the cost of starting the making process.
The rest of the payment is required before the piece is dispatched.
Upon receipt of an order adn confirmation of payment in full, our standard working time is up to 14 days for standard jewellery and up to 21 days for jewellery that contains personalised / bespoke pieces. That being said we always try to aim to have all orders made and posted out in a timely manner.
Should there be a delay, for any reason, we will contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed.

Returns & Refunds
Returns
I would hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and would like to return the item for a refund, please use the Contact form and I will advise you of my return address.
Earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons and I am regrettably unable to refund or exchange any earrings.
Also exempt from any refund or exchange are bespoke, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
Jewellery must be returned in it’s original condition within 7 days of receipt and packaged securely in the original box.
BellEve Seaglass cannot refund the original postage costs the only exceptions to this being when the item is returned within 7 days of receipt according to distance selling regulations, or the item is faulty upon receipt.
A secure, trackable service of carriage MUST be used such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
BellEve Seaglass does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in return transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of receiving your return.
All refunds for undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.
Faulty goods returns
In the unusual event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact me using the CONTACT PAGE so that a replacement or a refund can be arranged.

We may use the information provided, and any records of purchases made, in the creation of targeted marketing campaigns.
We do not share your private information with any third party companies or sites nor participate in the cold calling our customers.
